Final Advert

After changing my advertisement twice, above is the final and finished product. The advertisement itself is basically the same as my previous drafted one however, I changed the center picture to a photo I took in my photo shoot to add my own mark on the advertisement. Although I really liked the previous advertisement, the paint splattered image was just too similar to the paint splatter of The Stone Roses' and I needed to change this as it was part of the guidelines that I could not use similar images to those of the band I am using for my track to my music video.

However, I am still quite happy with this advertisement. I took the original photograph from my photo shoot which I shot separately to my music video and manipulated the image to give it a more appealing effect. The tape on the edges of the picture was an idea from Ian Brown's album Music of the Spheres. I liked the tape on the edges to give the advertisement a more rustic look and it also attracts the attention immediately to the picture than anywhere else in the advertisement.
